Putra Villa is a freehold condominium located conveniently right next to Gombak LRT station in Gombak, Selangor. It is facing the green Bukit Tabur forest reserve and surrounded by low-cost apartments and condominiums. It is near to Taman Melati, Cemerlang Heights, Platinum Hill PV2, Platinum Hill PV3, Platinum Hill PV5 and Platinum Hill PV8.

This condominium comprises of two blocks with a total of 416 units. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms units with built-up sizes ranging from 1,066 to 1,134 sf for typical unit, and its penthouse unit has built-up size of 3,322 sf. Full condominium facilities are provided, including cafeteria, a club house, gymnasium, swimming pool and badminton court. Each typical unit comes with a single car park lot.
